Welcome to The Municipal League of Beverly Hills
The Municipal League of Beverly Hills is a non-profit California corporation founded in 1962 by Beverly Hills community leaders. Its purposes are to promote good government, residential quality of life and high educational standards in the public schools. The League sponsors candidate forums, town hall and similar meetings, and appears before the Beverly Hills City Council and its various commissions and committees on public interest issues.
Membership is open to all Beverly Hills residents who subscribe to the purposes of the organization. The League holds its annual general membership meeting usually during mid-June, at which time its Board of Governors is elected. The Board then elects its officers.
